Amelia Reese Masterson
Amelia Reese Masterson is a public health researcher and a doctoral student at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, with a focus on reproductive health, migration, social policy, and equitable health care. Her current research investigates disparities in quality of care and uptake of social programs by migration status and structural disadvantage, and the relationship with reproductive health outcomes. She has extensive experience leading and supporting multi-method research and evaluation, employing quasi-experimental and community-based approaches. She was worked with nongovernmental organizations, academic institutions, and UN agencies in the U.S. and the Middle East. Amelia holds a Master of Public Health in Chronic Disease Epidemiology from Yale School of Public Health.
